This evening marked the live performance of a total of twenty entries within the Malta Junior Eurosong held in the auditorium of the St.Agatha found within the limits of Rabat, Malta. The singer who will be representing Malta in the upcoming Junior Eurovision Song Contest set to be held in Minsk, Belarus.
The singer has been taking part in the Malta Junior Eurosong competition for the last couple of years but could not achieve victory before this year. The song “Knock Knock … Boom Boom …” will be the first entry for Malta to have at least one lyric within the Maltese language. Many entries had such a quality in the past but could never achieve victory.
The website has contacted her tutor Glen Vella for his first comments following the victory and this is what he had to say .. “As Nicole’s vocal tutor, I’m feeling so proud of her. It is an amazing experience for all of us. She deserved to be the winner as she works so hard. Gooooo Nicole, Gooooo Malta. Congrats to all the other participants too though”.
