The second performer is none other than Danica Muscat who will be performing the song Fantasy composed by Paul Abela and penned by Joe Julian Farrugia and will be joined by a fleet of people which feature Claire Mercieca, Chrissy Warrington, Jody Magri, as well as former Malta Eurovision Song Contest finalists; Dario Mifsud Bonnici and Benjamin Darmanin.

In a revelation made today on social networking website; Facebook it seems that Dorothy Bezzina of the song Starting from the End written by Magnus Kaxe and Gerard James Borg will be joined by upcoming artist; Martina Farrugia.

Two of the most intriguing performers in this years' Malta Eurovision Song Contest are definitely Chris Grech with the track Never Walk Away co-written by Matthew James Borg, Peter Borg and David Cassar Torreggiani and Melanie Zammit with the song Loverdose co-written between Maria & Niclas Lundin and Gerard James Borg. Another week has passed and it has been quite an intriguing week noting that the focus continues on the semi-finalists of the Malta Eurovision Song Contest but nevertheless, the issue at hand, this evenings' episode of D.R.E.A.M.S will be focusing a lot on the storyline of Patsy May (Analise Mifsud) in order for the viewers to realise what happened in the past couple of months within her respective life due to the breakup with Maria Sultana (Marie-Clare Sammut) who was still not confident enough of her sexuality to pursue anything too serious and in the eyes of her schoolmates. Nevertheless, Tiffany (Kristen Camilleri) is facing some issues of her own at home noting that she catches her father, Richard (Michael Mock) going out in a sneaky manner and thus wonders whether he has a plan. Nevertheless, as this story continues in the background, attention turns back to one of the students at sixth form, a certain Philip Roger Triganza III (Damian Buhagiar) whom many people will surely recall to having an active imagination, as inherited from his father, which he has been controlling with a rubber-band on his wrist. In the preview, it was shown that Philip is apparently required by the Prime Minister on an urgent matter so is his imagination somewhat out of hand or has something which no ones knows about eventually took place? At school, things for the election are heating up with Chloe (Michela Dalli) and Jade (Rachel Genovese) both fighting it out against each other, being front-runners but someone is currently topping the polls and the other one does not seem too happy. One closing remark will definitely be on Hilda (Evelyn Saliba La Rosa). She seems to be slightly adjusting to life in prison but then again, has she made any new friends? In recent weeks, escflashmalta.com was one of the first online portals to report that former Junior Eurovision Song Contest representative; Nicole Azzopardi was set to represent the country once more in an international competition to be held in Armenia and whilst the young artist, now of sixteen years of age is yet to return from the Eastern country, she has picked up notable accolades which continue to add to a budding resume which will surely be garnering even more outstanding achievements in the years to come. In her visit to Armenia, Nicole Azzopardi was joined by none other than Daniel D'Anastasi who was also the Head of Press for Malta in the 2012 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest in which Kurt Calleja performed his entry This Is The Night.

The experience in Armenia has surely been one which cannot be forgotten for the young performer being awarded a total of three diplomas from the city of Yerevan as well as a super trophy from the director of the competition, Nadya Sargysyan for a stunning rendition of the Armenian song before being given another award from the Mayor of Yerevan for giving the best show during the showcase which was being held for the first time under the title Yerevan Is Calling. There are a number of companies who backed up the performer before heading to the country including Vigourous Hairstyling, Mangano Malta, Zara, Miss Selfridge and individuals in the vein of Gayle Zerafa Cutajar for his styling and Charles & Ron for their exclusive designs. Former Junior Eurovision Song Contest representative Nicole Azzopardi is set to leave for Yerevan in Armenia as she competes on behalf of Malta in a competition called Yerevan is Calling, a four day competition taking place between the 6th and 14th October 2012. There will be a total of eighteen artists from seventeen countries competing in what is the first edition of this respective competition which will be featuring the likes of Evelina Sašenko, known to the community of the Eurovision Song Contest as a representative of Lithuania in 2011 with the track C'Est Ma Vie. The contest will be divided into three different categories and split over four evenings.

During the first evening, the participants will be performing a song from their respective country of origin. In the second night, the competition goes strictly international with songs from any country permitted for the respective performance. On the third evening, a track written by Armenian artists will have to be sung by the participants and last but not least, the final night will be featuring a Gala Concert with the end also being an award ceremony to all of the winners as chosen in the nights before. Having just turned sixteen, Nicole continues to improve vocally and brings about a great image to the competition. She has been extremely busy practicing the songs especially the song Im Anune Hayastane which is in Armenian and speaks about the history of the country. The name easily translates into My Name is Armenia. In order to carry out her duties in such a competition, she is being helped by Glen Vella, the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest representative for Malta as well as Vera Boyajyan, the Chairperson of the Armenian Community in Malta. 

The aim of this competition is to promote Armenian culture and ultimately develop cultural relations with artists coming from different nations. During their stay in Armenia, the participants will be visiting a number of places with cultural interest and historical value including the Apostolic See of Echmiadzin Cathedral, which is the spiritual and administrative head-quarters of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Vagharshapat and Garni-Geghard, a temple that is partially carved out of the mountains. Yerevan is Calling is being organized by the Yerevan City Hall together with EMI-BI production with the assistance of the Ministry for Culture. The production house represents also Emmy Bejanyan who represented her country in the 2011 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest with the track Boom Boom failing to get Armenia through to the final for the very first time in their respective participation history.
