One of the upcoming artists of the local music scene in recent months has surely been none other than singer/songwriter Clinton Paul who continues to enthuse the listeners to brand new material off his debut album bearing the name 'Robot' which will be released over the course of the next couple of months. With a genre that is somewhat proving successful, electro-pop, the artist is looking forward to share his brand new single.

This brand new track which bears the name 'Hey Mr. Mickey Mouse' is the third track to be released and more promotional singles will be out in due course. A music video co-ordinated by none other than Evolution Media is currently taking place. This is quite an impressive production company having won the Best Digital Effects at the Malta Television Awards for three consecutive years starting as from 2007 and ending in 2009. The cover art for this particular single has been shot by Clinton's official photographers, 'Fotoinc Malta'.

One has surely seen the singer on television in recent months promoting his material but he has recently managed international exposure thanks to the website, 'Poplight' based in Sweden which is mostly based on giving promotion to their respective national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, Melodifestivalen as well as another website entitled 'Queer Me Out' which is a special project to recognize diversity in general relating to a sense of freedom and authenticity. One should remember that as a composer, Clinton Paul has managed to qualify in the latter stages of the Malta Song for Europe on one occasion coming in 2006 when his entry 'It Just Comes Natural' by Josef & Amanda made the cut.
