Jessika, winner of the TVM Award and the tele-Voting portion of this year's edition of the Malta Eurovision Song Contest with "Hypnotica" composed by Philip Vella to the lyrics of Gerard James Borg, has just released the music video to the aforementioned track. The project, created by students who attend MCAST Art & Design had to submit this as part of their coursework for their second year credit known as "Creative Media Production".

The production team consisted in 5 students that together with Jessika developed the idea of this music video. The lecturer Mr. Ian Attard guided the students in the production of the video. Luke Borg directed the music video, Tyler Calleja Jackson was the director of photography and the principal editor. Samantha Gauci was the assistant of DOP and the second editor. George Formosa was the production assistant and took care of the light production, and Randell Camilleri took care of the audio and assisted in the light production as well.

This was not the first music video by Jessika, who had previously also released an accompanying short movie for the song "Golden Ways" which re-launched the singer/songwriter with her current look. We urge you to stay tuned to escflashmalta.com even through Facebook and Twitter for all the latest news from the local music scene as soon as it becomes available.
