Broken Unprepared” is an intriguing title for a debut single, and no one at this portal would have expected any different from Crosswalk, who first emerged onto the scene with their promotional track, “So Simple” at the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2017. Written by Boris Cezek, the song has an interesting flair to it, almost out of a musical, to be more direct, “Rent”.

Despite having formed back in 1999, as a band between two friends, Steve Camilleri Bowman and guitarist Kenny D’Ugo, 2017 seems to be a year of firsts, adding vocalists Janice DeBattista to the line-up as well as songwriter and producer Boris Cezek. In support of the release, the band have also issued a lyric video, created by Duane Laus, the same mastermind behind lyric videos of Firelight, Gianluca Bezzina, Avenue Sky, and Janice Mangion amongst others. We urge you to stay tuned to escflashmalta.com even through Facebook and Twitter for all the latest news.
