After several weeks of anticipation, the official website of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest has just revealed that the Maltese representative, Federica Falzon will be performing the song "Diamonds", an original number co-written by Elton Zarb, Gillian Attard, Matthew Mercieca and Federica Falzon. The few people who have heard "Diamonds" have said that it somewhat resembles a James Bond theme with it's sound. Earlier this evening, Media.Link Communications and NET Television revealed the names of the finalists in this year's edition of the Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza. 23 acts will be competing for the main trophy, although a separate trophy will be given to both the winner of the public vote as well as the "Talent Ġdid".
