In the past couple of hours, it seems that national broadcasters have been sending the official video clips of their respective entries for the Eurovision Song Contest to the European Broadcasting Union because the official channel on YouTube has been relatively busy in the past couple of hours. Cyprus unveiled their music video for An Me Thimase last night but following suit this morning is none other than their neighbouring country, Greece whose entry Alcohol is Free performed by the group Koza Mosta and Agathonas Iakovidis has been slightly re-worked for the international showcase.

Greece has always been one of the most successful countries within the Eurovision Song Contest having managed to get through to the final on each and every occasion but nevertheless, the result achieved last year was not all too positive with Eleftheria Eleftheriou finishing in a mid-table position with her entry Aphrodisiac. Due to the financial constraints that the nation is facing, ERT is working with MAD Television in order to ensure that the participation goes forward and with the help of private record labels, it should not be an issue either. The song Alcohol is Free will be performing within the second half of the second semi-final alongside Malta. Stay tuned to escflashmalta.com for all of the latest news.
