Ryan Dolan, the male artist who was selected to represent Ireland in the upcoming edition of the Eurovision Song Contest with the track Only Love Survives which he co-write with Wez Devine has given a free concert in Strabane celebrating Easter. Since winning the Late Late Show Eurosong special, Ryan Dolan has been pretty much working on perfecting the choreography for the international showcase whilst tweaking the whole performance in general but with thousands of fans in attendance during the concert yesterday, it seems that support for the artist in the nation is relatively high.

It is worth pointing out that the fans of Jedward are clearly pulling for Ryan Dolan, with one of the reasons definitely being due to the mentor, Stuart O'Connor for who the past year has been pretty much taking care of the choreography for all of the duo's sensational performances including that of Waterline during last years' Eurovision Song Contest. Also present during the concert was special guest star, Mickey Joe Hart who represented Ireland in the 2003 Eurovision Song Contest with the track We've Got the World Tonight which finished in eleventh place, the fourth most successful result since the millennium. Ryan Dolan was joined on stage by two backing dancers rather than backing vocals during this particular performance. Ireland will perform in the first semi-final, within slot #13. Stay tuned to for all of the latest news.
