Netherlands: Gianluca on Radio International Tonight

It's August and Radio International hosted by Juergen Boernig has been with you post Eurovision Song Contest with a number of features from the world of the international competition. We would like to invite you to the weekly Ultimate Eurovision Experience. Apart from the means of FM Radio in the Netherlands on FM 106.8 and the audio stream from the studio via www.radiointernational.tv and on Digital Cable 781 & Cable 8.1Mhz in the Netherlands, the show will also be web-televised via the Radio International TV Channel from the studio and linking up the many international Eurovision fans and friends and play your requests and read your messages out on air. The simulcast will be from 2000 – 2300 hours CET when fans can join in and chat amongst each other via the Chat Room and request their favourite Eurovision entry.

Gianluca, the male artist who represented Malta at this years' edition of the Eurovision Song Contest with the track Tomorrow co-written by Boris Cezek and Dean Muscat has been extremely busy upon his return from the showcase, having been given the opportunity to release his debut album and also perform alongside world renowned tenor, Joseph Calleja. Apart from that, this evening, he is also sharing the stage with three time Eurovision Song Contest winner, Johnny Logan from Ireland as they perform at the Għaxaq Music Festival. Gianluca is taking time out of his busy schedule for an exclusive live interview with Radio International as he discusses current projects and also his first studio collection entitled Waiting for Tomorrow which is currently on pre-order through digital store, iTunes. Other interviews to be aired during this weeks' episode; Lys Assia (Switzerland 1956-1958), Valentina Monetta (San Marino 2012-2014), Krista Siegfrids (Finland 2013), Roberto Bellarosa (Belgium 2013) and Ryan Dolan (Ireland 2013).


There will also be a number of new releases played throughout the three hours, including tracks by Alex Sparrow (Russia 2011), Nadine Beiler (Austria 2011), Maya Sar (Bosnia & Herzegovina 2012), Agnetha Faltskorg (Sweden 1974), Nina Badric (Croatia 2012), Birgit Oigemeel (Estonia 2013) and Pastora Soler (Spain 2012).
