As announced a few weeks ago, Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia have opted for yet another internal selection. Tijana Dapčević will be representing this country in Copenhagen. It has now been revealed that Tijana will be singing an up-tempo entry titled Pobeda. The English translation is Victory and will be sung in Macedonian. Tijana stated that she loves singing ballads but thinks that an up-tempo song is more suited for Denmark. She also stated that she wants the performance to be like one big party.

Together with this announcement it has also been revealed that the public will be able to her Pobeda on 15th January 2014 during a song presentation show. A third reveleation is that Tijana’s backing vocalists are Leontina Vukomanović (who wrote lyrics for the 2004 Serbia and Montenegro entry) and Tamara Todevska (who had represented Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia in 2008 and also is Tijana’s sister). Will Tijana bring Victory for Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia? Stay tuned to escflahmalta.com for the latest news!
