Malta: Another Episode of Intrigue Tonight

December is a time for peace, love and prosperity apart from the surge in economy due to the fact that it has been coined as a season for gift buying whilst tunes in accordance to Christmas are blaring within every department store. Nevertheless, at the end of the evening marks a time of relaxation, pleasure and a hot cut of tea preferably lying down on a bed or a sofa and wrapped up in a blanket. Television offers the warmth that one would enjoy pleasantly and on a Wednesday evening, Television Malta has the perfect programme; D.R.E.A.M.S, the weekly musical drama series which has captured the hearts of the younger demographic because it represents elements of real life, somewhat at a point where one doesn't realise that this is actually happening on television.

Another week has passed and it has been quite an intriguing week noting that the focus continues on the semi-finalists of the Malta Eurovision Song Contest but nevertheless, the issue at hand, this evenings' episode of D.R.E.A.M.S will be focusing a lot on the storyline of Patsy May (Analise Mifsud) in order for the viewers to realise what happened in the past couple of months within her respective life due to the breakup with Maria Sultana (Marie-Clare Sammut) who was still not confident enough of her sexuality to pursue anything too serious and in the eyes of her schoolmates. Nevertheless, Tiffany (Kristen Camilleri) is facing some issues of her own at home noting that she catches her father, Richard (Michael Mock) going out in a sneaky manner and thus wonders whether he has a plan. On the other hand, the focus of the story will be alternating this evening considering that Jasmine (Rachael Tedesco Triccas) will have more problems to deal with but not with her illness, something else which is as detrimental in her persona life. The brand new President of the School Council, Alex (Luke Brincat) takes on his role and prepares a surprise for Jade (Rachel Genovese) but will it be a negative or a positive one? More issues regarding the students with Chloe (Michela Dalli) and Lara (Petra Bugeja) insisting that they visit Amber (Celine Cuschieri) at home but will this be a good idea in the end? There will be several issues to be dealt with during this episode so make sure to watch as of 20:40 CET on Television Malta. Stay tuned to escflashmalta.com in the meantime as we continue to promote the series as it unravels.

Malta: Musical Drama Returns This Evening

Patience has indeed been the virtue of many individuals in the past couple of months especially due to the fact that despite the summer months bring about peace, relaxation and frivolous moments, it is known to be a deadpan when it comes to television with most of the notable prime-time series slots that are aired during the autumn and winter months going into hiatus as more filming is completed prior to a return. This has been the case with the popular musical drama series known as D.R.E.A.M.S which has been worked upon by Rewind Productions having a script written by Evelyn Saliba La Rosa and Michael Vella Haber who also pen the lyrics to the original songs which are composed by Maestro Ray Agius and aired weekly as per the requisites of the episode. Another week has gone by and the fans of the series unfortunately had to wait slightly longer for the ninth episode as current affairs took over the national broadcaster but nevertheless, make sure to tune in this evening at 20:40 CET because it has been well worth the wait.

In the previous episode, the focus seemed to be on the election which was hotly contested by a series of candidates including Jade Vella Petroni (Rachel Genovese), Chloe Stafrace (Michela Dalli), Philip Roger Triganza III (Damian Buhagiar), and Lenny (Daniel Testa) but there was a surprise winner, someone completely unexpected in the form of Alex (Luke Brincat) who seems to have made far more enemies than friends by virtue of winning the election. There is something fishy about him that does not really bode well and it will be known in time. Nevertheless, the focus quickly turns to the several storylines in this episode with Hilda (Evelyn Saliba La Rosa) visited by Sally (Nicole Azzopardi), her daughter with a friend, someone completely unexpected, but who? Will she ultimately send them away or will she accept their visit as a means of reconciliation? In the meantime, Emma (Kayleigh Cassar) seems to be having some issues, thinking that her imaginary friend might have returned. She decides on her own will to visit Stephanie (Chelsea Refalo) for a favour, or a heart to heart chat. The problems between Robert (Andre Penza) and Gloria (Joanne Busuttil) continue to grow and it seems that there are heading for disaster. Tune into Television Malta this evening for yet another episode of intrigue of D.R.E.A.M.S where the story keeps on getting deeper. Stay tuned to escflashmalta.com for more news about the musical drama series.

Malta: Let the Storylines Continue into Week Six

The younger demographic has several technological means to learn about key issues that make up society in present times but one has to note that effectiveness plays a pivotal role and that is why television is somewhat still extremely important. The means of watching such a platform has been taken through a number of elements because one can watch programmes through their smart phone or even their computer system.  This is the sixth week since the return of local music drama series; D.R.E.A.M.S and therefore, the story seems to be heating up and the pieces of the puzzle are now combining into one another with the hope of creating a picture, one which many could relate to through their personal lives. The focus of the past week has surely been purely on music due to the submission process of the 2013 Malta Eurovision Song Contest with the results set to be announced at the end of the month. Nevertheless, the attention diverts slightly on this Wednesday with the series returning for another week. The script of the series is written by Evelyn Saliba La Rosa and Michael Vella Haber whilst the music for the songs that are broadcasted each week is done by Maestro Ray Agius.

One of the key elements of the second series is surely the constant fighting between Robert Soler (Andre Penza) and Gloria Soler (Joanne Busuttil) over a supposed affair which many viewers will recall to being only true in a slight manner. Evidence unfortunately has not managed to portray the situation in the best possible manner and it has become more a case of words. At the sixth form, things are heating up even more with the election candidates including Philip Roger Triganza (Damian Buhagiar), Chloe Stafrace (Michela Dalli) and Jade Vella Petroni (Rachel Genovese) all seemingly garnering votes making it to be an extremely close race. Going back to the focus of the storyline at the moment it seems that during this episode, Robert Soler also goes back home but there seems to be a particular reasoning behind this, maybe the pregnancy. According to our intelligence, it seems that this episode will be quite intriguing and will leave everyone at the edge of their seats in order to learn the fate of several storylines and characters. All of the questions will be answered by watching the sixth episode of the second series of D.R.E.A.M.S which is airing on Television Malta at 20:40 CET every Wednesday.
