"Eurovision Talk", a 15-minute segment, featuring guest panelists from renowned websites which cater to the latest news from the music scene, inter-related to the Eurovision Song Contest, will start airing on Strada, the most watched television programme on Saturday afternoon.

Hosted by Wayne Aquilina every Saturday between 12:40 pm and 15:00 pm, "Strada" is a programme where youths discuss a spectrum of subjects. It aims to shed light on various topics, whilst acquiring different opinions, based on facts and life experiences. Instead of solely providing debate, it is enhanced through entertainment slots provided by LIVE unplugged sessions, creating a truly vibrant and unique atmosphere.

Due dilegence is to be given to the Maltese Delegation, specifically Gordon Bonello for the support required in putting on this weekly slot. We urge you to stay tuned to escflashmalta.com even through Facebook and Twitter for all the latest news about the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, Austria.

In 2011, Glen Vella won the Malta Eurovision Song Contest with the track One Life composed by Paul Giordimaina with lyrics by Fleur Balzan even though the international critics has somewhat selected Richard Edwards and his entry Finally which he co-wrote with Jan Van Dijck, which in turn finished in second place. In a recent interview with Wayne Aquilina on the ONE Television programme Kelma Bejn Tnejn, Glen Vella revealed that had he been a judge rather than one of the competing artists, the decision would have been simple due to the fact that he was somewhat gobsmacked by Richard Edwards' performance.

Since his first runner-up finish at the Malta Eurovision Song Contest, Richard Edwards has returned to the event in 2012, with the track Look at Me Now co-written with Jan Van Dijck with which he managed a respectable fifth place and in 2013 managed a sixth place finish with the song Wonderful Today performed in duet with Petra and thirteenth place with Fall Like Rome a co-write between Gerard James Borg, Magnus Kaxe and Philip Vella. In the meantime, Glen Vella has managed to make the most of his experience at the Eurovision Song Contest garnering contacts all over Europe which have helped him with new material and with giving performances abroad. One Life failed to get through to the final with just one (1) point but Glen was never discouraged and would love to return to the world of the Eurovision Song Contest should the right song come along and should the rules permit it. Stay tuned to escflashmalta.com for all of the latest news.
