The Belarussian selection for the Eurovision Song Contest started just a couple of weeks ago and despite the fact that all of the respective finalists performed original compositions, the broadcaster has instructed that a change of songs is somewhat a possibility. There have been rumours about acts changing their entry but it seems that one of the most popular female artists in the industry being Gunesh is the one who has made use of the rule as she presents a brand new track to the final bearing the name 'Tell Me Why'.

The brand new track with which she aspires to represent Belarus in the Eurovision Song Contest with is actually written by Azeri songwriters including the lyricst Zahra Badalbeyli as well as composer and producer Isa Melikov. It is quite interesting that the former is known for writing the song 'Day After Day', the same track which debuted for Azerbaijan but his most recent track is the new single of Eldar Gasimov entitled 'Birlikdə Nəhayət' which was performed to utter perfection at the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2012. The producer is konw for his work with Aysel as well as the female of the winning duo, Nikki Jamal. You can hear the track below and stay tuned for more updates through www.escflashmalta.com as the Belarussian final is staged this Tuesday from Minsk at 17:00 CET. One of our correspondents, Olivier Vanhoutte is on site to follow all of the latest proceedings.
